Wajan has a deep respect for Hawaiian Cultural Traditions and Practice. She has studied and continues to study under Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster a 51st Generation Traditional Cultural Practitioner from Molokai, Hawaii.
Lomi lomi means healing touch. Traditionally healing touch works on the mind, body and spirit for deep healing and energetic alignment. Specific techniques changed according to family and geographical location. It is always recommended that a session start with Ho'oponopono. I only offer bodywork after we have had a Ho'oponopono session together.
Wajan has completed 'Lomi lomi' training with Heartworks and 'Kahuna' training with Embodied Living. She is particularly passionate about working with those who have recently gone through a hospital journey.
Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian process of making things right in your relationships. It is a finely tuned formula that has been passed down for generations to help in conflict resolution and mental cleansing. It involves discussion, examination, confession, forgiveness and forgetting.
